iPhone SE 2 is Coming in 2021 and It’s Not Alone

Apple shocked everyone when it launched iPhone SE and there is no doubt about that. This is the first “budget” iPhone and it helped Apple expand its customer base. The great thing about iPhone SE is that it shipped with older specs while featuring one of the latest designs that Apple created for iPhones. This made it possible for Apple fans who couldn’t afford spending a small fortune on the latest iPhone to purchase iPhone SE and receive a similar user experience. With that said, it should come as no surprise that iPhone SE was a massive success in the tech industry.

Since iPhone SE was so successful, Apple is now considering to launch the much-anticipated iPhone SE 2. According to multiple reports from reliable tech analysts, the Cupertino based tech giant is planning to launch iPhone SE 2 in 2021. Not just that, but iPhone SE 2 will not arrive alone.

Two iPhone SE 2 Models are Coming in 2020

Apple is now rumored to be planning to launch two models of iPhone SE 2. One of them will measure in at 5-inches and the second at 6-inches. Truth be told, it doesn’t really make sense why Apple would launch a premium and bigger model of a budget iPhone. The only possible reason is that Apple is doing everything in its power to compete against the likes of OnePlus, Xiaomi and Huawei which are renowned for launching affordable smartphones.

LCD Display

The information about the two iPhone SE 2 models comes from a Taiwanese company named Chipbond Technology. The company is stating that Apple has placed a massive order of LCD displays that are going to be used on the two iPhone SE 2 models. In addition, the famous Ming-Chi Kuo is reporting that both iPhone models will launch simultaneously in 2021.
