Samsung Galaxy S11 One UI 2.1 Firmware with Latest Improvements

Samsung has been hard at work in recent months, and the popular electronics manufacturer may release its next flagship earlier than some may believe.

According to a reliable source, it seems that Samsung is already working on the development of the Galaxy S11 and several models will be available.

One UI 2.1

The Samsung Galaxy S11 will come with Android 10. The OS will be customized by Samsung as users will enjoy One UI 2.1. A release date is not available at this point, but it is likely that the new firmware update will arrive alongside the Galaxy S11 in 2020.


Several leaks mention that the new firmware is developed for a device which is known under the device number of SM-G986B, which is thought to be the Samsung Galaxy S11. It seems that the Galaxy S10 range was quite popular among buyers, and Samsung will release a new trio of devices in 2020, with Galaxy S11 being the mid-range choice between the more affordable S11e and the mighty Galaxy S11 Plus.

It is inferred that the Samsung Galaxy S11 with a 5G modem. Samsung may opt to use a solution that was developed in-house, as in the case of the N976B modem present on the 5G-capable of Note 10 devices, which sport an Exynos chipset.  A 4G variant could be available at some point in the future.

The use of Universal Flash Storage (UFS) 3.0 will offer impressive speeds, and buyers will have the option to choose between 128GB and 512GB of internal storage space.

Some voices argue that the camera setup will include a 108 MP ISOCELL sensor created by Samsung. A 120 Hz refresh rate panel with thinner bezels may be present on the front of the device.
