The release date for Now You See Me 3 might be announced soon, but it still seems that we might have to wait a while for it. The new coronavirus outbreak has been declared a pandemic, and the whole world is dealing with this problem now. The outbreak has halted every product out there for movies and TV series, which is why Now You See Me 3 could be delayed. Here is all we know so far.

We have recently heard that the movie is under production at Lionsgate Studios. The script is ready, and the initial production was supposed to start in 2020, with its release date in 2021.
Is the cast the same?
The following cast with a return for the third movie: Woody Harrelson, Mark Ruffalo, Jesse Eisenberg, Morgan Freeman, Lizzy Caplan, and Michael Caine. Dave Franco is also supposed to be back, even if we have not heard anything about him being back again. But he has to, and he is one of the four horsemen.
Apparently, Lionsgate is also looking for two new actors to join the series. We have also heard something about Benedict Cumberbatch making his appearance in Now You See Me 3. Perhaps the plot will revolve around a new magical villain?
So when is the release date?
The release date of the third movie from the franchise will probably be delayed due to the new coronavirus outbreak. Remember, the epidemic has changed all of the plans of productions for movies and TV shows out there right now.
The significant cities from the entire world are under lockdown, and an emergency has been declared in the United States. Right now, we cannot do anything but wait and see how the outbreak situation goes. Accordingly, Now You See Me 3 might take longer than expected to roll out.
