Nokia 4.2 and Nokia 3.2 are Getting the Android 10 Update – New Improvements and Changes

Once again, we’re all witnessing how Nokia is getting its phones improved as it rises surely to remind the fans about its glory times. The Android 10 update along with security patch began to roll out, and after the Nokia 7.2 phone, another two models can take advantage of it: the 4.2 and 3.2 gadgets.

While initially, the Nokia 4.2 and 3.2 models were both packed with Android 9 Pie at their release by the middle of 2019, the Android 10 update is currently being rolled out for them and will bring significant improvements.

What the update brings new?

Is Android 10 really better than Android 9? Well, it surely is, and not just because it has a higher number in the title. The update for Nokia 4.2 and 3.2’s operating systems brings the March 2020 Android security patch, system dark mode for relaxing the eyes and improving battery life, smart reply, gesture navigation, location and privacy controls, a refreshed user interface, and maybe even more.

Available for all users

All users of both Nokia 4.2 and 3.2 models will get the opportunity to upgrade their version of the Android operating system, as the rolling out is a progressive process. If all goes according to the plan, all the users of the two Nokia phones will have the update available until next week.

When Android 10 becomes available for the above-mentioned phones, the users will get a notification on the screen telling them that they can update their smartphones to the latest version of Android. Of course, they also have the option to check manually by simply going to Settings, then to System, Advanced, and ultimately, select System Update.

It’s truly impressive that HMD Global decides to roll out Android 10 for budget phones like the two Nokia models 4.2 and 3.2. Furthermore, the company will update even more phones with Android 10 in the near future, like Nokia 6.2, Nokia 3.1 Plus, and Nokia 5.1 Plus.
