The fifth season of Lucifer will also be the last one, and the release date is approaching with quick steps. We also find out more and more about our favorite Netflix series. We know that God will make an appearance in the final season, that Amanadiel will go to Hell, that Eve will return.
We have also heard that there will be a 1940s noir-themed episode, and a musical one, as well. We also know that our favorite devil will go dance with cheerleaders, or feel high school on his own skin – we are yet to find more. In a short clip that was recently released on TikTok, we see Lucifer – Tom Ellis, and Dan – Kevin Alejandro, dancing on a football field with the cheerleaders and with the players. It seems that the video revolves around Ellis meeting a young man.

Many fans started to speculate that it might be part of the musical episode, which was announced in January. It will be named “Bloody Celestial Karaoke Jam”. As per showrunners Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson, a musical episode is precisely what they wanted to do in a very long time, and they just needed a good reason to do it.
They didn’t want it to be just “oh look, and everybody is just singing and dancing without a reason,” they needed a proper storyline. Modrovich stated that “It’s been a little game of Tetris [planning the episode] but it’s super fun. It’s going to be amazing. It’s going to be just such a bucket list thing for me.”
We don’t know much about the musical episode, but we know that what we’ve seen on TikTok might just be the cast having fun in-between takes. We are waiting for more information.
