Haikyu! is a popular Japanese manga illustrated and written by Haruichi Furudate.
It is centered around Shōyō Hinata, a high school student and his passion for volleyball as his rivalry with Kageyama, a fellow teammate.
Kageyama is a prodigy who excels at the game. Hinata ends up building a surprising union with Tobiyo Kageyama, who has socializing issues.
The fourth season aired in January, but some episodes lacked, so it considered that the rest of the episodes are part of the series’ fifth season.
The initial release date was set for July 2020, but the coronavirus pandemic might delay it.
Cast
Most of the cast of the fourth season will be returning in the next season.
The protagonists are Kaito Ishikawa, Miyu Irino, Satoshi Hino, Kaori Nazuka, Koki Uchiyama, and Hiroshi Kamiya. Some other characters will be making occasional comebacks.

Updates from the 5th season are available but beware that they might be considered spoilers as well:
Things won’t be too complicated this year – Karasuno has entered the nationals and will battle opponents from across the country.
The relation between Kageyama and Hinata has improved furthermore, and their work together might even result in even more exciting situations.
Some new characters will be introduced, including some new talent that is more skilled than the team. There will undoubtedly be some arguments along the way.
Hinata continues being himself. He’ll make new friends and will sneak into the training camp of Tsukishima at some point.
