Grand Theft Auto VI: Is the Game Really in Its Early Stages?

After many leaks and rumors on the internet, Grand Theft Auto VI is finally in works. The game is early in development, which means that it might still be years away. However, some sources state that there are many proofs to show that GTA 6 might hit the market sooner than expected.

Rockstar Games is working on improving work culture. But people believe that it is more than halfway done already.

Leaker Yan2295 tweeted: “Despite what Jason said, there is absolutely no way GTA 6 is still in early stages. Unless they have a very weird definition of ‘early stages.’ Maybe early stages of testing, sure, but not of development.”

Fans are still waiting to see how much they will have to wait before getting their hands on the new game. Some people say that Rockstar is just at the beginning of the production of the game, which means that they just started modeling NPCs, building the map, and refining the world’s physics. But leakers out there state that the majority of the game has been already built – about 60 to 70% done. Given the fact that it took Rockstar about eight years to make Red Dead Redemption 2, it sounds like we will have to wait a bit for the next GTA game. GTA 5 was launched back in 2013, and we don’t want to wait that long for the next game.

It is kind of hard to just believe everything on the internet since we have no official word from Rockstar. Some sources are accurate, with years of experience in the field, and with access to the biggest companies out there. But this leaker also has their reputations on the internet. He has leaked info about GTA 5 Online, which turned out to be true.
