Call of Duty Modern Warfare Comes with a Play Time Warning

There are only a few hours left until the latest Call of Duty new Modern Warfare game release, and some warnings might cause trouble. Players will face an issue that could influence the time they get to start playing the new game. Currently, COD Modern Warfare comes with a worldwide locked-in launch date for October 25 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC platforms. Players, however, received a notification that the Call of Duty Modern Warfare build could influence the time they will get to start playing. Fans who already got they early copy of the game are confirming that a Day One will be available to download.

Modern Warfare got two major upgrades so far, and each one has more than 20GB. If you play from a disc, the waiting time will be more than expected. Unfortunately, there is not a preload available if you have the game on disc. Players will have to install the game and then make the online update. On the other hand, players who got their game digitally, they might download another patch before playing.

Moreover, players must remember that the servers could slow down due to a fast internet connection.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare So Far

The fourth series of Modern Warfare will be a reboot, which will bring back some well-known characters, such as Captain John Price. The game will have a singleplayer campaign which will feature mission in some European and Middle East cities. Players will experience a so-called “Rebel freedom fighter” with improved weapons. The series won’t come, unfortunately, with a season pass. According to Activision, “…the team is eliminating the traditional season pass so that they can deliver more free maps and content as well as post-launch events to all players.”

Gunfight will be introduced as a new multiplayer mode. There will be two teams with various loadout against one another. The action will take place on a small map. Moreover, killstreak rewards will appear again. Call of Duty will also support DirectX Raytracing on PC.
