A New Video Offers Some Information About Dragon Age 4

BioWare has developed a large number of titles, but it won a place in the hearts of many gamers with the Dragon Age and Mass Effect trilogies, which remain popular even today.

One of the BioWare studios is hard at work on the development of Dragon Age 4, and it seems that the developers were quite determined to keep what they are doing a secret as there has been little to no information about the game since it was announced officially in December 2018.

Concerned fans

Some fans were concerned that EA might have canceled the project due to the negative feedback offered by fans after Mass Effect: Andromeda and Anthem were released, especially with the latter failing to impress critics and players alike despite the fact that EA wanted the game to prove that live service games can be great.

A new video that was shared by BioWare during the first day of Gamescom reveals a few details about the anticipated game. It seems that the story will be focused on morals and what can be done when you have no power, but people who do have it refuse to do anything to address problems.

Early production

The game is still in the early production stage, according to BioWare General Manager Casey Hudson. Fans believe that the game will take place after the events of Dragon Age: Inquisition, as the last story DLC for the game suggested that more events will take place.

A few images related to the game were also used during a presentation held by EA during a live stream. Since the game is in early development, it is likely that it won’t come to the current generation of consoles as game publishers shift their focus to the Xbox Series X and PS5.

More information could surface in the future.
